About Stéphane Tondenier

Convinced that optimizing a company's sales effectiveness is always the most profitable investment in the short term, I created Salesmetry in 2019 with my partner and friend Frederic Kahn.Today, we accompany managers questioning the effectiveness of their sales approach. Each collaboration usually starts with an audit based on 3 axes: sales strategy, structure, tools & process. The different actions are then defined, in a logic of co-construction, in order to meet the objectives of the company strategy.My experience of more than 30 years in sales, combined with the Salesmetry methodology, allows for a rapid identification of key points. We are time and decision gas pedals for our clients.Working for companies in different industries with specific processes requires us to go beyond the specificities of each company to identify cross-functional sales issues. Mobilizing our knowledge to understand the business and identify the problems of a company is a daily challenge that we take up while respecting the values we hold dear: listening, objectivity, responsiveness, efficiency and adaptability.Contributing to the development of our clients' companies means, of course, exchanging ideas with the managers during the audit phase and the co-construction of the action plan. It also means participating in the development of the teams' skills through training, or by intervening on subjects such as sales animation or management. I am passionate about working on the sales structure because each employee, provided with an effective methodology and the right tools, can be a performance lever for the company. On a more personal level, I also like to undertake and take up challenges. As a triathlete and marathon runner, I have a sense of effort and of surpassing myself, and I regularly set myself new objectives.
