With over 30 years of experience in this field, my colleagues and I have a proven track record of delivering unparalleled results by applying our own unique methodology, technology and passion for recruitment.I am also an entrepreneur who has founded and developed several businesses internationally, such as Educadomo, a home tutoring service that was sold to Sodexo, and EMDS Group, a graduate recruitment consultancy that merged into Havas. I hold a law degree from the Free University of Brussels, an LL.M. from New York University, and (almost) an OPM from Harvard Business School.
