Launched in January 2010, Zulily is a members-only daily deals site featuring product for moms, babies and kids. Joining Zulily early on, I had the privileged opportunity to have a direct impact on the company’s initial growth and character. In total, my hiring efforts, while averaging 20 requisitions at a time, totaled nearly 150 additional senior and entry-level employees to our Studio and Merchandising departments.-Utilized applicant tracking systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite to build and maintain a high volume pool of talented candidates-Screened buyer and merchandising manager candidates based on skills, experience, expertise, and company fit.
