Aquabrass Customer Care & Technical Support Manager. Responsible for the day to day operations for Aquabrass & Alt Progetto Aqua Ontario customers and consumers. Overseeing the department, I am responsible for the team taking care of the Order Desk, Customer Care and Technical Support departments. Responsible for ensuring all new incoming orders are processed and sent to the warehouse for shipping, overseeing and making all executive decisions on warranty claims as well as responding to any technical questions, as well as coordinating with the sales team and working with them directly to ensure all incoming and outgoing orders are delivered on schedule including major condominium projects and all retailer sales throughout the province.
