As the Managing Director of OKM GmbH, I am responsible for advancing the global frontrunner in metal detectors and 3D ground scanners, with more than 20 years of experience in inventing, developing, and manufacturing innovative and high-performing geophysical instruments. Our products are proudly made in Germany and support the work of archaeologists, geologists, treasure hunters, gold diggers, as well as police and security forces all over the world. With a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Business from WHU and ESCP Europe, and a certificate in Computer Programming from Le Wagon, I have a strong background in business management, e-commerce, and digital transformation. I leverage my skills and knowledge to drive entrepreneurial endeavors through this Management Buy-In, and to grow our distribution network of independent sales representatives on national and international markets. I am also passionate about attracting and retaining top talent for our offices in Altenburg, Charlotte, NC, Dubai, and Antalya across multiple departments. My mission is to make OKM the leading provider of detection technology solutions for diverse consumer sectors.
