As the General Manager in the DACH region I’m responsible for the delivery of the robust sales targets for DACH region as well as for the General Management of the DACH regional offices. I am acting as the primary contact for strategic development and I am responsible for formulating the recruitment plans for all disciplines within the region including Sales, Marketing, Services and Finance and the training and development of the staff within these avenues.Responsibilities:Sales • Define and implement sales strategy for the regions Direct, Channel and Partner sales avenues• Day to day executive relationship management for all key accounts and customers• Manage the regions wide sales forecastMarketing• Define and implement a goto market marcom strategy for the region in conjunction with the group wide marketing teamsProduct Distribution• Management of the local warehouse function in line with the group policyLocal Hosting• Management the local hosting infrastructure in line with the group policy Financial Reporting• Responsibility for all P&L and financial reporting for the region• Management of the local Financial ControllerHuman Resources• Management of the local HR team• Developing resourcing plans with the local management to ensure staffing levels are correct• Developing local HR practices and policy in line with the group policy• Identifying training and development for staff in the region in line with group policyGeneral Management• Oversee all the offices within the region in relation to general management
