I held positions ranging from software engineer, software architect, program manger, coaching/training teams and managers to manager development NL. My experience includes writing software, software development methodologies (SCRUM, Agile, Lean), medical standards (DICOM, IHE, ...), project planning & execution, people management, Agile coaching and training and managing scrum teams. I have a solution oriented personality with strong analysis capabilities. I'm constantly looking for new ways to improve culture, processes and people and lead in a coaching and servant leadership style.I strongly belief that enjoying your work is the key to success. People who enjoy their work and are truly motivated are more productive, deliver higher quality and pay attention to the customer and business needs instead of only doing their assigned tasks.
