As a result of the rapid growth the development department was restructured and I became the Manager Development for the Netherlands. In this role I was responsible for all dutch Scrum teams.During this time I continued to coach all scrum teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.

It also involved bringing structure and simplicity to the development and release processes.

In my role as Principal Engineer I was responsible for improving the processes and providing training on the processes and practices of the engineering organization in Zeist. This included software development lifecycle, release planning, risk management and Defect Management.I introduced the Agile software development methodology in Zeist by providing training and actively mentoring and coaching the teams in Zeist.
