3D Printing will transform manufacturing and other businesses who design, make or use manufactured objects. ObjectForm www.objectform.co.uk is a new tech start-up, based in the manufacturing city of Sheffield, specialising in 3D Printing. Formed by 3 partners Scott Knowles, Chris Simpson and Stephan Hollingshead, we are at the forefront of this exciting sector. Research and development has taken place over a year and we formed the company in April 2014 to develop the exciting potential of 3D Printing. ObjectForm focuses on research and development, consultancy, impacts on businesses and training in desktop 3D Printing. At ObjectForm we have developed an in depth knowledge of 3D printing, hardware and software. We have used this knowledge to develop a comprehensive training capability in the use of 3D printers and software. Whilst developing the training course we have also carried out pioneering work in the use and development of materials and methods of printing.

Waste Recycling and Diversion Ltd, Waste Recycling and Destruction Ltd, Leeds Recycling Ltd, WRD Group Ltd.WRD was formed from 2 failed recycling businesses. Operating from a state of the art recycling facility it processes waste from leading companies such as Biffa and PHS and collects commercial and industrial waste from a wide variety of clients. The group operates a state of the art recycling facility, refuse vehicles and employs around 150 staff in 3 separate businesses.

Responsibilities• Sales. Setting the strategy for the Field Sales force. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Director. Managing key account relationships including Tesco, Luzern, Euronics and Philips retailers.• Buying. Working with the Head of Buying to deliver the buying strategy and manage relationships with key manufacturers including Philips, LG, Haier, Amica and Sharp.• Warehouse and distribution. Managing costs, staff and quality of service to customers. • IT, Finance and administration. Managing the Head of Finance, Head of IT and HR functions. Reporting to the Shareholders, Philips, Bankers and Credit Insurers.• Telephone Sales. Working closely with the Head of Sales to build a proactive approach to selling and customer service.• Commercial business division. Pursuing end user business including Councils, UK Universities, Leisure, and The Ministry of Defence.• Marketing. Setting a marketing calendar and managing output to customers.
