If personal or professional relationships are taking a toll on you or if you lead a team that might need a little TLC in this area, I can help!In my coaching and team building I often use a tool called the Enneagram. The Enneagram is a system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. When we begin to understand our own motives and desires and then recognize that they might be vastly different from those of others in our life, we will approach all of our relationships with more empathy, or at a minimum, better communication. Through group or individual coaching using this tool, I have seen and experienced in my own life improvement in ALL relationships from the very first session. As for my credentials, I hold both a M.A. and Ed.S. in Educational Psychology and Counselor Education, as well as life coach certification. I worked for more than 25 years as a licensed school psychologist in both public and private schools before resigning in the spring of 2020 to develop my own coaching business.
