Job Responsibilities:• Prepares work contract for new client• Searches candidates for clients by conducting mapping talent activity• Arranges interview schedule (for internal and external purpose) as necessary• Prepares candidate report or interview notes based on interview to be submitted to clients• Performs interview or phone interview as a preliminary process• Acts as mediator between client and candidate when necessary in order to reach an agreement of package offered• Maintains good relationship with clients and candidates• Ensures that database of candidates and information of clients are updated• Ensures collections are in place in timely manner by coordinating with Finance and assists as necessary• Conducts research and gain understanding about clients’ industryWe are professional consultants who have worked in Big Four accounting firms or worked in multinational and large national companies for more than 15 years.
