Point of Sale System Redesign.The point of sale system has issues that affect the user experience. Despite having the necessary features, some processes are tedious or difficult to understand. To address this problem, the following steps were taken:• Design and development of research; • Proposal for system redesign; • Creation of a user interface design kit (UI kit): color palette, typography, grids and spacing, and components; • Validation of the proposal with stakeholders involved in the project; • Usability testing of the new system to ensure its quality; • Follow-up of the implementation of the redesigned system.

Head of design in the loan and investment team.• Due to a low conversion rate in the process of selling loans in Online Banking. I made a mapping of the user experience, in this process: Design and development of research; Analysis of the conversion and bounce rates in each section; Development of proposals and presentation to stakeholders; and implementation of the HEART Method. As a result, a better conversion rate was obtained.• In the Investment team, since the objective of response to communications was not achieved, I carried out an investigation to get to know the users better: Design and development of the investigation; Management of a workshop for the creation of profiles of investor and non-investor clients and presentation of the results to the interested parties for the consequent improvement in communications.• Transversally, in the insurance team, it was necessary to customize the home insurance offer, therefore I carried out a benchmark of the main competitors, design of the proposal, testing it and redefining the next steps. As a result, the offer offered to users was adjusted.

Responsible for the redesign of the business management system (SaaS): NIXZU

I worked as a digital content designer for various clients' social media accounts. In addition to my creative work, I collaborated on marketing strategy development, presented monthly reports to evaluate campaign performance, and analyzed key metrics to optimize results. During this time, I had the opportunity to work on challenging and dynamic projects, which allowed me to improve my skills in design and communication.
