As an Executing Producer/production company, I: • Collaborate with Creative and Executive teams to connect clients with the best talent to support their creative goals.• Recommend art directors, photographers, illustrators, hair/makeup artists, set designers and stylists (current and emerging) appropriate for each brand and/or division of the brand• Negotiate rates, rights, clearances, pricing and timing for the best results, within budget.• Manage campaign/project budgets and all aspects of photo shoot production, from pre-production to delivery of final files.• Keep clients informed of image trends and emerging artists.

Launch and support all new creative initiatives (including rebrands, a "brand portal",reorganizations, agency searches, etc.).• Manage creative assets, and created a long-term Creative and Cultural Calendar basedon mission critical dates for the brand strategy.• Act as liaison with Corporate Marketing team on deadlines, workflow and output of allprojects .
