As a sports writer with Yahoo Sports Canada, I write articles that cover trending storylines in the sports industry, specifically involving Canadian teams and athletes.

During the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, my responsibilities included tracking when partner broadcast and social assets were pushed out to ensure that all obligations were met between CBC and their partners for the partnerships marketing team. On the digital side, I played a role in creating the client social content calendars, scheduling social media content to post during the Games, writing copy for social posts and branded pages, and writing headlines and copy for SEO.

My responsibilities as a digital journalist with CTVNews.ca included chasing interviews, writing stories for their website and mobile app, and posting them on their social media channels. I particularly specialized in the data visualizations field where I was responsible for collecting and analyzing datasets as well as producing stories and visualizations out of them. My most notable work with the organization was creating Canada's first COVID-19 variant tracker.

As a freelance journalist for this publication, my role includes pitching and writing stories that range from short-form community news to long-form athlete features. My responsibilities also include fact-checking, chasing interviews, and attending live events as a reporter and photographer.

As a multimedia production assistant for the Ryerson University eLearning department, I was responsible for several photographic and video elements that were used in online courses. This includes producing videos from start to finish, audio editing, and project management. Previously, this also included coordinating photographic and video elements at university-wide conferences and events.

As a contract website designer, I’ve helped a professor and a group of students design a website to display their work. My main responsibilities included the creation and design of the landing page, in which I also experimented with image animation.

In this role, I was responsible for teaching and guiding students on how to create more effective and engaging stories using 360/VR technology.

As a 360 videographer, I helped shoot 360 video samples and conduct research on 360/VR technology for a Ryerson University course textbook.

During my time as a TSN intern, my responsibilities included writing stories for TSN.ca, updating the site with news wires, copyediting wire stories, posting live updates on the site during games, and writing headlines with SEO.

As a multimedia storyteller for Ryerson Student Affairs, I produce videos on a variety of topics for students. My responsibilities include pitching story ideas, filming videos, interviewing subjects, and editing the footage. Through this role, I have also created different pieces for other groups within the Ryerson community, such as the RU Leadership club, and have helped them cover events and create promotional content.

As a content marketing specialist at Beyond Media, some of my achievements include writing an ebook for the company, creating multimedia treatments for copy, writing blog posts, writing copy for their website, scheduling audience outreach initiatives and assisting the company in forming virtual tours for clients. I also provided support in client communications, ensuring that the deliverable product met their needs and obligations.

My responsibilities in this role included pitching and writing stories for their website, attending live events as a reporter and photographer, chasing interviews, and working alongside the editor-in-chief as a social media strategist.
