Stephanie is passionate about Crisis Counseling and making mental health care accessible to LGBTQ+ youth and other under-served populations. She has over 4 years of experience working as a bilingual survey interviewer with the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). She also holds a Masters in Public Health and is an RN. Stephanie is Salvadoran-American and a child of immigrants. She is a heritage Spanish-speaker and has traveled to several Spanish-speaking countries to strengthen her working knowledge of the Spanish language. She is a spiritual being living a temporary human experience on this beautiful Earth. As a life-long learner, she enjoys reading, yoga, dancing, music, meeting and connecting with new people, craft breweries, traveling, and of course, pizza and Jamaican beef patties.
