I am now employed as a Management Assistant by Shell Australia. Previously, I was employed by QGC – a subsidiary of BG Group as a personal assistant and project administrator and in the past as a corporate receptionist; previously I have worked as an administrator/receptionist for Uhde Shedden on the DHTU-2 Project at the Caltex Lytton refinery in Brisbane.Throughout my 5 years working in the resources industry as an administrator/personal assistant and receptionist I have come to enjoy the fast paced environment that is synonymous with projects and particularly enjoy working within the project controls discipline. I am an enthusiastic, ambitious, motivated, conscientious, hard working young woman; I have a positive outlook and a very bubbly disposition. Also, I have a high level of personal integrity, I am very trustworthy and I take great pride in any task that I am charged with. My extensive experience in the retail and hospitality industries means that I have proven client and customer service skills and an ability to deal with a wide range of people and personality types. I also have great problem solving skills and high level organisational and time management skills. I am proficient in most Microsoft office applications and am familiar with PC operating systems as well as MAC operating systems.
