- Researched the Single Transcription Activating RNAs (STARs) mechanism and developed and tested the functionality of a single plasmid STAR- Used the single plasmid STAR to develop an innovative technique for the creation and screening of large libraries of sequence-variants of a transacting RNA regulator system- Experienced in PCR, Gel electrophoresis, sequencing, and other basic lab techniques
