1. Meeting with local communities, local authorities and other stakeholders to introduce the project and initiate any relation that can support the project implementation.2. Ensuring proper implementation of project activities on time, within scope and within budget.3. Organizing group sessions to train the registered beneficiaries on soft skills (how to write a CV, apply for jobs, do a job interview…)3. Referring beneficiaries to Vocational trainings, apprenticeships, micro-grants... depending on their eligibility and qualifications.
