CurrentOversee the day-to-day operations of the Company’s 2.7 million-square-foot Beverly portfolio, including the 80-acre historic Cummings Center campus and 54-acre Dunham Ridge site. These properties provide commercial space suitable for office, research, development, laboratory, light manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and storage and house more than 650 businesses, large and small. More than 4,000-5,000 people visit these campuses daily, and Cummings Center is also home to Elliott Landing, a first-class, 5-story, 73-unit, condominium building. A second to-be-constructed condominium building at 50 Balch Street will offer 53 additional units at the north end of campus. Like much of Cummings' 11-million square foot portfolio, these condominium buildings are designed, developed, and managed by Cummings. With a Beverly staff of approximately 100 leasing, account management, administrative, design and construction professionals, Cummings leases, manages and builds first-class spaces for our clients.
