A capable and determined individual with 10 years experience in the Medical/Dental industry. I have worked in a number of different roles within the dental industry and my career has progressed gradually from a trainee dental nurse to managing a dual site dental practice in Northumberland. I love interacting with patients seeing the positive impact the work which we carry out has on their lives! Patient first is the philosophy I work to, give the patient the care they deserve and the business results follow. This is the simple ethos I have brought into my management roles combined with a commercial outlook. Complimenting my patient focus is my track record of being an effective manager who is able to set clear goals and directions for those I work with. I quickly understand and identify what needs to be done to run an effective operation and implement needed actions to achieve key business objectives. Like with my personal life I am always look to improve the environment in which I work. The industry is ever changing, as is the outside world, so I am always looking for better and more productive ways for us to operate and interact with our patients. Following recent changes in my personal life I am looking to relocate to the Manchester area to live with my partner and continue my career.
