Within my role as a Senior Business Development Manager at Funded Learning I liaise with employers face to face and over the phone nationwide to help with their training requirements and match funding available to each employer for the qualifications they require for their employees and the rules behind payment plans and ways to implement cost affective training for the business. I provide a full business analysis to ensure all staff get the relevant qualifications required for their role or to help them to achieve their dream roles through additional learning. I personally come out to meet employers depending on the needs of the business. We provide a completely free service to all employers who wish to undertake further training for their existing staff and my jobs is to ensure employers know what the up to date ESFA/ESF and AEB funding rules are and how to maximise each funding stream for the benefit of organisation we are liaising with.

I look after the daily runnings of Funded Learning and manage the management team on their delivery to the sales and administration departments. I ensure all targets and processes are followed and that everyone is motivated and mentored throughout their journey at Funded Learning. I look after the daily runnings of Sales team and manage the team-leaders on their delivery to the business development managers. Within my role as team manager I report to the sales director and manage a small team of 15 business development managers. It is my job to ensure all company policy's and procedures are followed and the sales staff meet their required targets and kpis to report back to the sales director. I lead from the front at all times still undertaking sales within my role aswell as manage the team itself. I keep all the team motivated and driven each day to keep them focused. I am a very approachable manager who is happy to help whether it be work or personal issues.
