I am grateful to join Panelope as President and COO, leveraging all my experience to empower local leaders to tackle issues that are facing localities everywhere, including affordable housing, infrastructure, and innovative programming and initiatives to serve the changing needs of local communities. As a co-founder and director of Telluride High School Entrepreneurship Program, Telluride High School offers an ecosystem of resources through research-based curriculum and entrepreneur mentors to support innovative student projects that can impact the local community and beyond.As a passion project, I founded Peachykeen, a technology platform of experiential learning for children, providing a safe place for children to make, do and innovate with STEAM learning activities anytime, anywhere. Each experiential activity includes a maker’s guide, a kid led video activity and curated expert content.Prior to that, as a leader on the executive management team at Raindance Communications, Inc., a Boulder-based competitor of WebEx, I helped lead this $100M online meeting company to a successful exit. In Silicon Valley, I was a tech lawyer on Sand Hill Road at a boutique office of Cooley LLP. I have been a resident of Colorado since 1999 and in Telluride since 2008, where I am raising my three children. My devotion to children and education as a mom and two-term president of our local school board since being elected in 2017 has inspired me to believe that all children can be passionate participants in our communities. This is the motivation and empathy I bring when serving all children.
