I work across both Yours and Mother&Baby on their websites - creating and updating content (including interviews), writing articles and reviews, uncovering content gaps, and also engaging with our audiences and increasing visibility via social media and newsletters. I have worked with other areas of the business too, including writing commercial advertorial pieces, affiliate, Mother&Baby awards, the Yours mag team and SEO. I'm also responsible for daily content sharing across other lifestyle brands. In addition we're increasing our YouTube visibility so I have organised the creation of videos, including putting together briefs. I've also been very involved with our freelancers and interns, proofing their copy and ensuring it is on brand.

With regards to the magazine I sourced content for and wrote a selection of regular articles. I arranged and attend photoshoots and interviews for specific features. I also found suitable images and proofread articles prior to publishing. I was also responsible for all online content – uploading features and news items via Squarespace, videos via our YouTube channel, updating the homepage and sharing content over our social channels. I also checked analytics and insights across social media and on our website. I managed the Country and Stable arena at Your Horse Live, organising the arena party and presenters at the show. I also assisted with marketing for the event.

Joined Russell Publishing in April 2015 as an editorial assistant, was promoted to be Interim Commissioning Editor, and became official Commissioning Editor for New Food magazine in January 2016.
