In my current role as an Executive Human Recourse Background Analyst, I wear many hats. I provide hiring recommendations based on individual assessments as well as a holistic analysis regarding each candidates pre-employment process, from those coming in at an intern level all the way up to executive level. This includes having open communication and working diligently with fellow HRBA's, Recruiting Team and Hiring Leaders. I also handle our vendor/contractor background check process.
