In collaboration with our… Show more The Cristo Rey Network® is the only network of high schools in the country that integrates rigorous college preparatory academics with four years of professional work experience through the Corporate Work Study Program. Comprised of 39 Catholic, college- and career-preparatory schools that today serve more than 12,000 students across 24 states and collectively claim over 25,000 graduates, the Cristo Rey Network delivers an effective and innovative educational model. In collaboration with our 3,500 corporate partners and 75+ university partners, we equip students from economically disadvantaged families with the competence, confidence, and aspiration to go to and through college. In this role, I oversee all college-going initiatives at the network level, supporting the organization’s 38 member schools in achieving their post-secondary goals. These efforts range from forging partnerships with colleges and universities, developing data systems to help schools track and support their alumni, and facilitating best practice sharing among college counselors and alumni advisors. My personal narrative as a first-generation US-American and college graduate informs my work each and every day. Show less
