I'm passionate about helping further the credit union movement and the philosophy of 'people helping people.' I have 16 years of experience in the industry and am looking for my seat at the table as a decision-maker. I'm strategically minded, creative, and results-oriented, and believe the member experience should always help drive credit union initiatives. In my current role, I oversee the daily workflow to deliver objectives within expected timeframes, build member insight-driven marketing strategies and campaigns for different lines of business, and drive communication initiatives to improve the credit union's presence, branding, and sales efforts. As well as overseeing all aspects of projects such as setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress and providing feedback. Additionally, I build and maintain strong relationships across a broad range of functions and departments including regularly working with our executive team as well as with external partners and vendors. I’m also so much more than just my career or degree. I’m a momma to two amazing little boys. An avid reader. Wife to an amazing husband who cheers my success and helps me pull myself up when needed. Tattoo enthusiast. Bad puns and jokes give me life. Dancing and singing around my house makes me happy (even if I’m off-key).
