Responsible for strategically developing and driving International Merchandising strategy for TOPSHOP owned markets, working as the key interface with Global Merchandising Teams and our Retail Team overseas. Setting and delivering Product and Merchandising Strategy appropriate for All markets in line with Global Brand Strategy

•Accountable for the management and trading of Topshops elevated brands Boutique & Unique; ensuring departments are maximising profit and minimising risk whilst protecting brand identity• Responsible for the planning of future ranges: working closely with Buying & Design, considering the past and present whilst staying ahead of trends to grow and develop category portfolios and market share• Development of brand strategies; constantly reviewing market and customer trends along with understanding competition to identify growth opportunities• Building strong relationships across company functions to execute department strategy whilst keeping Brand objectives in mind

• Strategic ownership for all USA Menswear Business across Full Price, Outlet and Online channels• Set and manage Merchandise Plans to achieve company targets• Guide Range Planning, Category Mix, Pricing, Quantification, Volume Lines and Allocation processes with Merchandising & Buying teams• Working with In Market leadership teams to build strategic plans and execute high impact decisions for total Adults business
