Answering inbound calls from customers looking to cancel their services and/or escalated customers, business/customer focused decision making, associate questions/customer escalations and continuing education on new products and services provided by US Cellular and competitors.

· Responsibilities include: Answering inbound calls, documentation on account, process payments, explain billing, tier 1 troubleshooting and continuing education on new products and services.

· Responsibilities include: Performing gas and Diesel transactions, maintaining cleanliness of the store, preparing food and coffee, weighing trucks on a certified CAT SCALE, and helping provide the ultimate customer experience with our store.

· Responsibilities include: Answering calls from Sprint customers to pay their bills/set up payment delays, activation, billing questions, basic technical support, help customers manage online account, assisting co-workers with their calls or questions and keeping on an on-going training schedule.

· Responsibilities include: Maintaining a cash drawer of up to $500, food preparation, keeping inventory of all supplies, cleaning the store, opening and closing the store.

· I worked with the parks interpreter and did weekend programs for the campers and their children. We held many activities such as: hikes, taught them about different animals they can find in nature, played nature bingo, nature jeopardy, etc. We held a recycling program on Sunday’s and taught the campers about reasons why people recycle and how good it is for the environment.

· Responsibilities include: Records management, phone operations, collection of time sheets, distribute daily census sheets, and perform other general office duties as needed
