In its transversal role, the Business Operating Office (BOO) serves multiple stakeholders and business dimensions, accompany ALM Treasury in its organization and set up. I ensure ALM Treasury's needs are understood and shared within the department and within the group and by all stakeholders interacting with ALM-T through projects and committees. I organize and maintain a target business operating model with a global view on the projects and processes in coherence with Group’s and Local ALMT needs.I manage and prioritize ALM-T's projects, propose solutions and methods in line with the Agile organization. I also manage/challenge the different budgets allocated to IT projects. I ensure a holistic view on all technical developments and their integrations in local/ group systems.

I am responsible - for the interest rate risk (earnings and value reporting): gap analysis, sensitivity analysis, forecast... - for the transfer pricing (contact with the business, impact of the models...)

I was responsable of a modeling team, developing models for earnings, transfer pricing and value reporting. With the extension of the liquidity risk, I set up the liquididity reporting for ALM including Basel III and CRD IV approaches (EBA discussion papers, liquidity models...)

I work for the Asset and Liabilities department at Fortis in Brussels. I take part to the development of the modeling. This includes the determination of the methodology and the development of different approaches to assess and monitor risks. I also analyse some investment in structured products. In the context of the integration of ABN, I was involved in the support to mamagement.

I was consultant for Kondor and KVaR in Benelux. In this context I was deeply involved in pre-sales, sales process before the concrete implementation. I had also the opportunity to learn a lot about communication (through meetings, trainings).

We developed credit rating models based on statistical analysis.
