As the Chief Experience Officer at Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies (WAEPA), I am responsible for delivering exceptional service and value to our members, who are federal civil servants. With over five years of experience at WAEPA, I have led the transformation of our member services department, implementing process improvement initiatives, introducing new technologies, and enhancing our customer satisfaction and retention rates.In addition to my role as CXO, I am also the leader of the DEI & B program at WAEPA, where I foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging among our employees and stakeholders. I am passionate about making a positive impact on the career development of others, and I am a founding member of Chief, a network of women leaders. I also serve on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, such as the Y in Central Maryland, and the Maryland SPCA. I serve as Vice- Chair of the States Attorney Generals Office of the Consumer Protection Commission of Maryland.
