While working as a Chief Financial Officer at Weatherford Regional Hospital, I directed all finance activities of the hospital, including accounting, financial planning, audits, and forecasting as well as budget development and administration. I held concurrent responsibility for the operating and capital budgets, including revenue and expense budgets, cash forecasts, profit planning, and programs for capital investments and financing. I participated in the preparation and execution of policies, procedures, and plans required for effective hospital operations and regulatory compliance. Received Leader of the Year award for work in financing, design, and completion of a new hospital.☛ Received the Oklahoma Hospital Association Spirit Award for securing millions of dollars from state and federal EHR incentive program.☛ Managed operating costs by continually analyzing data to identify opportunities and took action to eliminate non-value costs in collaboration with the hospital's Chief Executive Officer.☛ Represented the hospital at meetings, including medical staff and hospital board of director meetings as well as relevant community meetings.☛ Provided financial expertise in the planning of new services that generate additional sources of profitable revenue while increasing net patient revenue by over 10 million at Weatherford Regional Hospital.

While working as a Director Health Information Management, Quality Improvement, & Medical Staff Coordinator at Weatherford Regional Hospital, I effectively managed the Health Information Management Department and Hospital-Wide Quality Improvement Program. I supported the organization to ensure appropriate information access, security and information management practices are in place and implemented in all areas using, storing, disclosing, and accessing patient protected health information.
