As Research Director I'm responsible for Benfield-Gallagher's syndicated market research division which includes the EMI Service, e-learning and Special Reports on Healthcare Reform & Private Exchanges and Cancer Care & Biologics. This involves planning and survey and deliverable development, project sequencing, sales and marketing, interviews, presentations, team leadership and client relations.
