CurrentAs a litigator in Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP's Complex Commercial Litigation group, my practice spans a range of industries and practice areas, including breach of contract disputes, class actions, complex fraud cases, trade secret misappropriation, and insurance disputes.I have experience with all aspects of the litigation process, including pre-litigation investigations, motion practice, complex document discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, hearings, and trial. I have represented parties in both private arbitration and mediation.I am passionate about pro bono and community work. In 2019, I received Kilpatrick Townsend’s Pro Bono Freedom Award for my representation of two Somali refugees seeking asylum in the United States. I currently serve on Kilpatrick's Volunteer Council and as the Atlanta co-chair for Kilpatrick's Women's Initiative.I am grateful to have been recognized in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 as one of the “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” for Commercial Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America®. I was also recognized as a "Rising Star" in 2022, 2023, and 2024 for Business Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine.
