- Provide contractual support, administration and tracking for new and existing subcontracts.- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and status sheets to monitor multiple subcontract programs and negotiation strategies.- Identify potential contract issues or conflicts, analyze impact/ramifications and work with Operations and Suppliers to resolve problems.- Research all subcontract and procurement regulations.- Directly support and interface with Subcontracts Director.- Consult with Project Managers and Executives to assist in the development of short and long range subcontracting strategies.- Develop, negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.- Interact with Supplier and Client.- Administer, negotiate, review and provide recommendations regarding the execution of subcontract agreements of different contract types, such as Time & Materials, Total Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price.- Continually monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance and implement appropriate action as required. - Work closely with Program Managers to ensure subcontract execution complies with customer requirements as expressed in the contract and governing laws and regulations, as is performed.- Maintain working knowledge of company practices and policies and governing customer acquisition requirements.- Responsible for all subcontract closeout efforts.

- Prepared new hire paperwork and present orientation to all new employees.- Coordinated benefits and ensured all employees were informed of the benefits and costs.
