Assisted in management of $10.5 million of new residential construction (3 projects), $.5 million in remodel construction (4 projects), and $1.2 million in interiors (1 project). General responsibilities include preparing construction draws, organizing material ordering, creating and updating construction schedules, and coordinating sub-contractors, as well as processing lien waivers, proposals, and bids.Significant Projects: Arcady Residence: sold one week after being on the market. South Versailles Residence: cover story of October 2009 issue of D Magazine. North Versailles Residence: Lead project manager on $175,000 remodel of 1200 SF 1950s residence, additional responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling, onsite management, and coordinating with designer.

Building Enclosures courseLed two weekly discussion sections where we explored architectural detailing through the creation and critiqueing of drawing sets.
