    As a New Stores Recruitment Administrator I helped organise any New Store Recruitment including booking of venues and organising contracts and helping to assist the Recruitment Advisors with any admin they needed completing. I was also responsible for the benchmark sourcing of the wage for the new colleagues, and any adverts that needed to be placed. I also created new designs for the Recruitment Posters we send to the exsisting stores. I also attended Recruitment and Induction events to assist if needed and helped with packing up of any equiptment the Recruitment Advisors needed.Whilst in this role I helped to create a new Induction pack which is used throughout the company now as part of the Induction process for colleagues. Within the role I also did side projects which included Long Service Awards Lunch, Cycle 2 Work Scheme and assisted in helping booked internal colleagues onto the ILM Courses. Whilst in this role I was also responsible for booking in any new starters in for their training at one of our Stores Of Excellence. This would include contacting the stores to confirm, organising training packs, booking any hotel accommodation that may be needed for trainees as well as any train tickets that may need booking.
