I am excited to announce that I will join the International Business Law (IBL) team as a student assistant for the current academic year. I will work closely with the director team in this role, contributing to various important initiatives. My primary responsibility will be to assist in building the IBL Alumni network and fostering connections among former students.Additionally, I will be on campus to support hybrid lectures and presentations, participate in Master Open Days, and manage the IBL's Instagram page, showcasing the program and engaging with current and prospective students.

Our committee organizes a variety of activities designed to enhance the student experience, foster community, and provide valuable resources. We aim to create a supportive environment where students can connect, share experiences, and gain insights into their programs.

- Formulate strategic plans to navigate immigration cases, taking into account the client's business objectives and the unique requirements of each case.- Perform comprehensive research for clients, exploring potential business models for establishment in the U.S. and delving into topics of national significance relevant to these project proposals.- Craft precise legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, and legal opinions, rooted in meticulous research.

- Provide legal counsel to businesses on a variety of issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.- Conduct due diligence to identify legal risks and issues.- Counsel businesses on protecting intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

- Stay abreast of evolving financial regulations and ensure that fintech companies comply with relevant laws, such as anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and data protection regulations.- Draft user agreements and terms of service for fintech platforms, ensuring legal clarity and compliance.- Ensure that fintech companies handle customer data in compliance with data protection laws and advise them on cybersecurity measures.- Conduct in-depth research on financial regulations, both domestically and internationally, relevant to blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and other fintech operations.- Advise on corporate structure and governance, ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations.

- Draft a variety of contracts and agreements, including but not limited to provision of services agreements, distribution agreements and vendor agreements.- Review contracts received from external parties to identify legal implications and protect the company's interests. - Assist in organizing and conducting board meetings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.- Advise the company on protecting intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

- Ensure that the companies adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance codes.- Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings.- Review legal literature, articles, and scholarly publications related to the legal issue at hand.- Draft a variety of contracts and agreements, including but not limited to employment contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
