Offer and facilitate 1-1 activity support to reduce the impact of caring, improve health and wellbeing and build resilience. * Attendance and contribution at multiagency meetings such as TAF, CIN and CP. -

As team leader it was my role to supervise the team, rectify problems, train new members of staff, and take part in reviewing support plans.
