Born in the UK, Stephanie Bisson-Smith has spent most of her career in France. After working in the Paris offices of British chartered surveyors Richard Ellis and Jones Lang Wootton, she set up the PR consultancy Cappuccino.For over twenty years, Cappuccino undertook media relations, event management and crisis communications for numerous French and international corporations and government bodies. For three years, the agency was responsible for the external communications in France for British Airways, for whom Stephanie was the spokeswoman. Bilingual and bicultural, Stephanie has an in-depth understanding of the international business environment and the media. At Cappuccino, she trained many of her clients to speak in public, to handle press interviews and to manage crisis situations. TEFL trained, she now devotes her time to training French and international executives who need to communicate in English.
