Duties in this position included desk work such as tending to phone calls and answering inquiries, etc., tending to the business email and responding to email information requests, etc., updating website and calendar of events changes, and assisting in-person visitors with quality customer service; also attended to basic office cleaning ad care, as well as good communication with superiors.

Duties included general office cleaning/care and organization of supplies for secretarial/nurse staff; and desk tasks such as taking phone calls and scheduling appointments in a professional and friendly manner.
