I am fortunate and honored to get to lead a team of brilliant individuals. As a leader, it is rewarding to empower our team to their highest level of performance. Every day I am inspired to work hard because of the work that we do and the people in the communities we serve. My passion is to be part of the solution for reducing stigma against substance use and mental health disorders and to make an impact on people who need it the most.My journey started with ASAC in 1993 as a part-time data entry clerk. As I was attending school and continuing my education, I worked my way up through various roles: Data Coordinator, IT Manager, Health Information Systems Director, and now Executive Director. My expertise lies in information technology, business operations, billing, data, compliance, CARF accreditation and licensure. With nearly 30 years’ experience in a human services agency, I understand the reality of working for a nonprofit and the financial challenges they face. One of the joys of working with ASAC is the team environment. Together we roll up our sleeves and dive into new projects and have a little fun along the way.
