Responsible for weekly scheduling, payroll submission, and analyzing results. Weekly brainstorming of new ideas and promotional events. Execution of weekly promotion in addition to numerous specialized and unique promotions throughout each month. Directly responsible for Thursday night sales totaling $1.5M from May 2008 until November 2010. Traveling Corporate Training & Management experience in Arlington, TX; helped to reopen a store through extensive promotions and training of new management and staff. Complete restructure to leverage the sales goals and projections expected within the company.*Sales Event Coordinator experience; helped plan, book and carry out a variety of parties such as holiday parties, fundraisers, happy hours, bachelorette/birthdays, reunions, receptions and corporate events.

Responsibilities included managing staff by creating the weekly schedule, computing weekly sales into individual payroll, customer service reports, and close collaboration with regional stores and the home office headquarters.
