Administrative support for the Senior’s Outpatient Clinic and Senior’s Outreach Team. First point of contact for clients who enter or call the office. Transfer calls accordingly or provide information on local services and referral processes. Responsible for maintaining several Outlook calendars and the appointment booking for the Senior’s Outpatient Physician. Proficient in PARIS, Cerner, Word and Excel. Complete ordering and entering invoices, entering or closing client encounters on PM Office, filing, faxing, running reports, research recruitment and other admin duties as required.

Ensured accurate COVID-19 screening and testing as per Long Term Care COVID-19 guidelines. Proper PPE and COVID-19 testing protocol followed. With restrictions allowing for one visitor per resident, maintained accurate visitor contact and vaccination information, booked appointments, screened visitors and sanitized visiting areas.Supported in the development of three designated visiting rooms which ran at 15 minute intervals while adhering to visit length guidelines. This allowed 100+ residents to have weekly visits without sacrificing visit quality.Supported residents to and from visiting rooms, sanitized high contact areas, screened visitors and facilitated window, phone or video call visits when possible.
