As the Vice President of Services and co-founder for Ascend, I led the development and delivery of comprehensive, strategic talent pipeline solutions for employers with a high-volume need for a specific role or a group of employers with a common need as well as leading strategic planning efforts that bring together employers, non-profits, education, and many community partners.
