I am an extremely motivated outside the box thinker. As a nurse I love the challenge improving processes across healthcare. I am passionate about people receiving the quality care they deserve and allowing them to age in the environment that they choose; by using data and analytics to help drive down cost and improve overall quality of care. I have a background in healthcare business development sales and marketing for 12 years in Home Health. During my time as a Resident service director, I had the pleasure of managing a team of 20+ individuals and rebuilding a failing team morale. I am an engaged team player that is willing to dive in wherever needed to support my team. In my spare time outside of work I am the co-owner of Total Automotive and have successfully assisted in opening two shops from the ground up. I have experience in web & graphic design, marketing plan, policy and procedure implementation and have helped build a solid team environment in an otherwise extremely competitive field. I'm also a foster mom of 3 beautiful girls that we've had in our home for over 9 years and someday will get to share our last name with them.
