• Conduct on-site meetings with each participation provider consistent with established servicing guidelines and educate appropriate staff members about Medicare Advantage policies and requirements• Update providers on new Medicare Advantage initiatives, requirements, ect.• Ensure Medicare Advantage contract compliance in regards to claims and language issues• Communicate information regarding CMS Star Ratings Program• Maintenance to system with participating providers and contracts

• Manager for billing and accounts receivable staff• Recruiting of staff• Performance of evaluations and discipline of employees• Enforce policies regarding employment• Set work schedules and task/deadlines to be completed• Establishes/Maintains efficient billing procedures• Responsible of processes and procedures involved effecting A/R• Maintain A/R at 10% or lower for over 90 days • Obtaining necessary documentation and Prior Authorizations• All patient statements and collections with an outside collection company• Comply with all Federal/State rules and regulations • Comply with HIPPA and Corporate Compliance• Report to CEO A/R status weekly
