A Market Data Sourcing role, working on all TSB market data agreements ready for divestment. Also worked on high profile index project putting new agreements in place. Working on new agreements and renewals for all of the Lloyds Banking Group including Exchanges, indices, top tier vendors and displacing products where appropriate.

A Market Data Analyst and Sourcing role, to assist in the move of the investment bank from various London offices to 25 Bank Street. Responsible for the review and negotiation of impacted agreements and demand management where applicable. Also dealt with new market data requirements and wallboards on the trading floors at 25 Bank Street.

Responsible for negotiating with major market data suppliers on behalf of the investment bank, asset management and private bank, in order to obtain the most favourable commercial and legal terms while still meeting the internal client's product needs. Sourcing all types of financial data from suppliers such as index providers, stock exchanges, government agencies, banks etc. Dealt with numerous Latin American, Spanish and Italian suppliers due to language ability, as well as many UK and US based suppliers. The role also required substantial legal knowledge and re-drafting of licensing agreements. Assessed legal restrictions and the duplicity of market data across ThomsonReuters supplier contracts. Strong project management required to lead internal IT and market data analyst team.
