- collaborate with PBIS Coach for Wake County to communicate strategies to committee members and staff as well as to ensure that PBIS is continuing to be as effective as possible in our school.- prepare and send agenda to PBIS team for monthly meetings.- prepare and send monthly newsletters to staff to communicate any updates, reminders and/or staff recognitions.- create surveys for staff to gain feedback on the implementation of the PBIS program in our school.- use the SWIS data program to guide monthly meetings and create discussions on areas of weakness and strengths in our school.- coordinate a mentor program between staff and students that need addition support and positive reinforcement in order for them to be successful at school.- collaborate and communicate with administration as the PBIS representative.

- collaborate with grade team to develop common assessments and plans- participate in book studies on the latest research-based teaching techniques- share and develop interventions for academics and/or behavior concerns to promote student success.

- member of the Positive Behavior Intervention Support Team

- communicate and meet with the other committee members to ensure that all objectives were being met and to lend a hand as needed.- communicate with University administration and staff to ensure that all logistic rules and requirements were met and followed as well as getting permission to host events on campus to include fundraising and cancer awareness. -communicate with students to advocate, fundraise, and promote the Relay for Life at East Tennessee State University.- collaborate with community in order to host fundraising events.- present at all Team Captain's meeting to answer any questions and lend support to the Team Recruitment Chair.- coordinate with the ACS representative to ensure that all requirements were met for the event.
