Senior consultant specialized in social performance and stakeholder engagement for clients in the mining and energy sectors.Over the past years, I conducted social impact assessments, scoping studies, due diligence and field research. I also developed stakeholder engagement plans and provided strategic advice in alignment with international environmental and social standards and best practices. I have work experience in Benin, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Greece, Guinea, Haiti, Ivory Coast, Mexico, Peru and Senegal. While in Canada, I worked on projects involving First Nations communities in Quebec and Labrador, notably on issues such as employment, capacity-building, social acceptance and local participation in projects.My goal is to support leaders, managers and organizations towards sustainability-driven decision-making. I aim to raise awareness and facilitate partnerships between businesses, affected communities and other stakeholders, so that projects can generate more opportunities for sustainable growth at the local and regional levels. I strongly believe in collaborative initiatives such as multi-stakeholder dialogue platforms as vehicles for sustainable change, innovation and shared value creation. I also want to assist companies in the implementation of responsible practices such as local procurement strategies and sustainable supply chains.
