    As the Senior Project Manager I line managed the London Office Coordinator and undertook the implementation of projects across the organisation including developing project plans and budgets, convening regular project meetings, leading on financial and narrative reporting to donors. In the six years I worked for Traidcraft Exchange I delivered a wide range of projects across the organisation. I lead the implementation of the Trade Fair Live Fair project, which brings together fair trade partners from 25 European Countries promoting SDG12 sustainable production and consumption. As part of this project I lead the Private Sector Working Group supporting organisations across Europe to influence Private Sector Practice and sit on the project steering committee.I also led a Brexit Impact Assessment across the organisation looking at the impact of Brexit upon our work, assessing the risks to the organisation and how these could be mitigated. This included managing two consultancies looking at opportunities for registering local offices outside of the UK, presenting the findings and making recommendations to the board and advocating towards DFID for the protection of our EC funded projects, which have now been included as part of their no deal insurance scheme. Other project have included an IT Systems review and strategy development leading a cross organization work reviewing and strengthening our IT systems to enable better collaboration between staff working in a number of locations, project managing the 2020 organisational strategic review and our 2018 UKAID Match Appeal.
