Maintain an active database of new and old information requests and counsel students through the enrollment process at Ashford University. Help quality students for the military grant and advise both active military as well as veterans as to course choices and degree programs, as well as utilizing Veteran Affairs school benefits. Create lasting relationships with student to be a support system and knowledge base through the entire school cycle. Work with internal departments to ensure every student has world-class service and ensure that their education is the top of the line. Set records for people in my tenure class for number of enrollments and post enrollment retaining.
